Egis has released its 2025 Annual Report, reflecting a year of strong performance, strategic transformation and deepened commitment to sustainable development.
A Year of Decisive Growth
In a complex global environment, the Group delivered on its ambitions. Revenue reached nearly €2.4 billion, representing growth of +10.4% year-on-year (including +1.9% organic growth).
Order intake exceeded €3 billion, a historic first, underpinned by major wins in operations and mobility services, including the 35-year concession to operate the 883 km Egnatia Odos motorway in northern Greece, the maintenance of Qatar's strategic motorway network, and the operation of Cayenne Airport in French Guiana.
The year was also marked by eight strategic acquisitions, most notably Lochner in the United States (1,100 employees), the largest in Egis's history, and the creation of the 10N Collective, a global architecture alliance of six renowned firms operating across five continents.
Accelerating the Ecological and Energy Transition
Egis continued to implement its climate strategy to achieve its Sciences-Based Targets initiative (SBTi), validated in December 2024, including:
- Contributive turnover – revenue linked to projects supporting the ecological and energy transition – reached 54%, up from 45% in 2024.
- 93% of the target population completed the eco-design training programme, which obtained international ISEP accreditation.
- The Group slightly reduced Scope 1 & 2 emissions despite significant growth.
- 41% of R&D investment (€29.3m) was dedicated to climate and biodiversity themes (France perimeter).
People and Engagement at the Heart of our Corporate Social Responsibility
Social responsibility is embedded in Egis's culture. In 2025, the Group was recognised as a Top Employer in 8 countries and 1 region, reflecting the quality of its HR practices across four continents.
Employee engagement was expressed through mobilisation around projects supported by the Egis Foundation, confirming the collective will to act for a fair transition. In Ireland, the operation and maintenance contract for Dublin and Cork tunnels includes a commitment to allocate 1% of pre-tax profits to CSR actions, a tangible example of how Egis embeds social value into its contractual engagements.
On the ethics front, 93% of the target population completed the Ethics & Compliance Pass e-learning module, and the ISO 37001 surveillance audit was successfully conducted as per its new version, with no non-compliance found in either the establishment or implementation of Egis' anti-corruption program.
Looking Ahead to 2026
Building on this momentum, Egis enters 2026 with a clear roadmap: accelerating in energy (nuclear, electricity transmission, renewables), deepening its digital transformation through AI, and updating its sustainable development strategy for the 2026–2029 period.
