McIntosh Perry provided the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) with seasonal roof inspections over a contract period of three years. McIntosh Perry inspected approximately 4.3 million square feet of roof area at 18 facilities including Toronto Pearson International Airport Terminals 1 and 3. Intrusive investigations, including thermography and test cuts, were undertaken at six facilities in 2015. McIntosh Perry also implemented a roof replacement at one of the facilities.
