This project includes the replacement of four bridges on the QEW, rehabilitation of six bridges within the QEW/Highway 403/Ford Drive interchange, median reconstruction including a tall wall barrier from east of Trafalgar Road to the east of Winston Churchill Boulevard, high mast lighting (HML) throughout the project limits, rehabilitation of the QEW eastbound and westbound lanes through the entire project limits, and resurfacing of all ramps at the Royal Windsor Drive, Trafalgar Road, and Winston Churchill Boulevard interchanges, with the W-N/S, S-E and N-W ramp being resurfaced at the Ford Drive interchange. The project also includes reconstruction of Upper Middle Road in the vicinity of the Highway 403 N-E/W Ramp.
