One York is a 35-floor, 800,000 sq. ft. Class AAA building in Toronto’s South Core Business District. In addition to the office space, it also includes 170,000 square feet of retail space. Every floor has advanced technology design for human comfort and health, providing optimal lighting, temperature and air. The building achieved LEED Platinum, certification with one of the highest scores ever awarded to a building in Toronto.
McIntosh Perry provided a range of Building Quality Assurance services for this landmark building, including inspection and testing of building envelope components as well as concrete testing. We also provided LEED Durable Building Documentation services.
