McIntosh Perry provided detailed investigations, tendering documents, construction and contract administration for Building Envelope Repairs and Window Replacement for TCHC property at Martin Grove Albion development, which consists of three-storey townhouse blocks containing 38 residential units located at 1674-1680 Albion Road in Toronto.
The work was conducted while the units remained occupied. Tenant coordination with TCHC was paramount to the success of the project. The repaired walls and replaced windows have improved both the remaining service life of the buildings as well as the thermal comfort of the occupants.
