The Four Seasons is a $325,000,000 signature hotel and condominium residence project in the heart of the exclusive Yorkville District. Two towers (55 storeys and 25 storeys) sit atop a shared podium. 356 suites comprise the condominium and hotel. Our Building Quality Assurance team provided Bulletin 19 Field Inspection services as as well as Quality Assurance and Building Envelope services.
The foundation is set atop the largest single pour of agilia concrete, totaling approximately 4,100 m³. We monitored the temperature variations in the mass concrete during the initial hydration period for the current cero thermic reactions and the strength gain for the hardened concrete.
