McIntosh Perry provided the Municipality of Meaford with Integrated Facility Condition Assessments in a two phase project. Phase 1, undertaken in 2016, provided Integrated Facility Condition Assessments for 19 facilities including an arena, museum, hall, fire station, police station, and community centres. The integrated facility condition assessments also included accessibility audits and energy audits. The energy audits were prepared by a sub-consultant. Phase 2, undertaken in 2018, provided Integrated Facility Condition Assessments for 26 facilities including parks buildings and water and wastewater treatment facilities. Results of each phase were compiled in an Asset Management and Financing Strategy Report, generally following Building Together: A Guide for Municipal Asset Management Plan by Infrastructure Ontario and presented to Council. Final technical and financial summary reports were provided combining the two phases.
