McIntosh Perry performed an exterior fountain rehabilitation project for the shared facilities Toronto Standard Condominium Corporations 1598, 1649 and 1686 at 8 York Street in Toronto, ON. The exterior fountain rehabilitation project involved water fountain repairs including removal of existing mortar, preparation of substrate, and installation of new fluid applied water-resistive waterproofing membrane, re-instate the granite cladding panels and concrete repair.
This fountain is a popular public feature in a busy waterfront community in Toronto. It attracts visitors and welcomes owner and occupants to the three-condominium complex. Restoring the granite panels to their original functionality greatly improved the public face of the project.
