Layout, grading and drainage design for an expansion to the existing parking lot at a Correctional Service Canada (CSC) administrative building in Kingston, associated with an expansion of the existing building on site, to provide additional administrative capacity for CSC personnel. We provided design services as well as procurement documents and construction inspection.
