McIntosh Perry was the Consultant for the new garbage door installation at 111 Chestnut St, Toronto, ON. The scope of work of this project included investigation & condition report, tests, engineering design and tender document preparation, mechanical and electrical, investigation and design, building permit application, tender process, site reviews, and closeout documents preparations.
This building is part of a dynamic and active community in the downtown urban core of Toronto. A wide variety of subject matter expertise was brought to bear of the various systems and components to provide the client innovative, high-quality engineering services, and to complete the project on time.
