McIntosh Perry provided the Government of Saskatchewan with Asset Validation Surveys (Building Condition Assessments) for several facilities, including courthouses, equipment storage and repair buildings, office buildings, detainment facilities, and the Saskatchewan Polytechnic – Kelsey Campus. Reports were completed using a third party proprietary software. Work was conducted in 2013 for a cost of $145,000 (35 facilities), in 2014 for a cost of $76,000 (69 facilities), 2016 for a cost of $170,600 (106 facilities), 2017 for a cost of $128,200 (64 facilities), 2018 for a cost of $93,500 (73 facilities), and 2019 for a cost of $141,250 (112 facilities).
