McIntosh Perry provided Building Condition Assessments for 11 subsidized housing providers in the County of Northumberland, Ontario. This included single family detached/semi-detached houses, townhouse complexes, and low-rise apartment buildings. The reports included component descriptions, recommended capital work, including costing, over a 30-year timeframe. Accessibility commentary was also included. Data was captured on site using iAuditor software and assessment reports were completed using AssetPlanner™ (Ameresco). A front end report and Capital Reserve Fund Forecast was completed for each facility.
