McIntosh Perry coordinated and managed an Asphalt Shingle Roof Replacement project for York Region Condominium Corporation 646 at 305-345 Renfrew Drive in Markham. This development consists of seven two-storey buildings containing a total of 37 office units and its roof replacement project included project management, pre-design, design, contract administration and quality assurance inspections were carried out by us during the course of the work.
This shingle replacement work was an important part of the major repair and replacement plans of the corporation. It eliminated ongoing interior damages that were occurring during inclement weather. Having the new shingles in place has provided meaningful value to the owners and occupants.
