Mud Hero ParticipantsMud Hero is an annual event for anyone willing to take on the muddiest challenge ever while raising funds for charity. Staff from McIntosh Perry’s Oakville, Woodbridge, and Markham offices, and some of our clients, partners and friends, recently participated in the 6K Mud Hero Race at the gorgeous Albion Conservation Area in Caledon, Ontario.

The event, in support of the Special Olympics, helps enrich the lives of more than 45,000 Canadians with an intellectual disability through the power of physical activity and participation in sport.Mud Hero Participants in Mud

Mud Hero is the largest all-Canadian obstacle event series since its inaugural year in 2012. Created and perfected by 365 Sports Inc., Mud Hero is the most fun you’ll ever have covered from head-to-toe in mud! Last year, Mud Hero and 365 Sports Inc. raised more than $100,000 for charity. This year, their goal is to raise that same amount next year!

McIntosh Perry’s team of 28, endured 6km of obstacles forcing them to run through the mud, climb and leap through obstacles like the cargo climb, backwards bullfrog, king kong, fenced in, avalanche and many more! Everyone had a great time raising money for a good cause.

Congratulations to all participants for a job well done!
