As the situation with COVID-19 improves and business across Canada start to slowly re-open, we want to let you know that McIntosh Perry is available for your engineering and project management needs.
During the pandemic, we were very fortunate that our clients still engaged us to help them with their projects. Through those difficult months, we were able to maintain our high-level of customer service and deliver projects on time and on budget. We thank our clients for their continued support.
We now look forward to helping everyone get back to normal, whatever the new normal might be. We offer services to help your business re-open, such as Indoor Air Quality Testing and Potable Water Test. We can also provide Environmental Health & Safety audits for office re-openings. We are also available for assessments and project management needed for any building maintenance requirements that might have been overlooked during the lockdown. And, as always, we offer a full range of engineering, building science and project management services. If there is anything you need, or have a question, feel free to contact us.
Business As Virtual Still
Our offices are still temporarily closed, but as the restrictions are lifted, we will be returning in phases. However, we are always available to help you virtually. We’ve learned over the last few months that the way we do things might have changed, but not the “how”, and we are able to maintain our high level of customer service during these trying times. Thanks to all our clients who were patient with us as we adapted to new technology to keep the lines of communication open.
Keeping You Protected
To ensure our practices are aligned with the latest recommendations, we continue to follow the latest guidance from the Public Health Agency of Canada and relevant local, provincial and federal health authorities, as well as our own Hazardous Materials/Environmental Health & Safety team. Some measures we have implemented:
- Our employees have been instructed to clean their hands often with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60-95% alcohol or wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Soap and water should be used preferentially if hands are visibly dirty.
- Our employees will adhere to a no hand shaking policy. Reducing physical contact is in the best interests of everyone’s health and safety.
- We continue to inform our employees and clients about preventive hygiene methods to minimize the potential risk of infection and are ensuring employees can stay home if they are not well.
Thank You
Many of our clients in the construction and property management industries were designated essential workers, and from everybody at McIntosh Perry, we wish to offer our deepest appreciation to your continued commitment. We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the front-line workers for their dedication during this very difficult time. We will get through this by supporting each other.
Please stay safe and healthy.
