Gus Sarrouh has more than 30 years of global experience in the consulting engineering and construction industries. He joined CCI Group in 2015 as CEO and then became CEO of McIntosh Perry in 2016. Previously, he held leadership roles at Ingenium Group, a global full-service architectural, engineering, construction, and building science services company.
His extensive project experience includes involvement with Toronto Pearson International Airport, Law Society of Upper Canada (Osgoode Hall), Scarborough Pan-Am Aquatic Centre, and Union Station Redevelopment.

With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Mark has extensive knowledge of high-level company operations, strategic execution, and how to overcome business challenges to deliver on customer commitments.
Mark is skilled in several key areas including performance improvement, risk management, change management, and public and media relations. As a leader, Mark strives to empower his teams while upholding values of accountability and innovation.

Victor has more than 15 years of strategic and tactical finance experience in the professional services industry.
He has helped grow industry-leading engineering firms, and is intimately familiar with the details of the business and commercial environment to keep executive and senior management informed.

Vice President, Human Resources & Communications
Trish is a certified human resources leader with more than 15 years of Human Resources experience in professional services, technical and engineering industries.
Her areas of expertise include recruitment, employee relations, compensation, HR systems, and performance management. She has a collaborative leadership style a focus on ensuring HR practices support business strategy and operations.

Chris McShane has more than 29 years of experience, with specialties in contract administration and financial oversight.
Chris has been with McIntosh Perry for more than 20 years, following more than 13 years with the Ministry of Transportation Ontario.

Fabian has more than 20 years of experience in the engineering, procurement, and construction industry, with an emphasis on transit, civil, transportation, and linear infrastructure projects. He has actively contributed as a public speaker, author, presenter, and panelist.
As a member of several Committees and Associations, he has been representing industry matters such as Government Relations, Advocacy, Health & Safety, Standards Development, Education, and Labour Relations.

Graham has more than 20 years of civil design and project management expertise. He has worked on projects throughout Canada including Calgary, the Yukon, Toronto, Nunavut, and Ottawa.
Starting in land development, including site grading, site servicing, and stormwater management, Graham quickly found an interest in the larger, more complex projects, requiring a multi-disciplinary team.

Brian has more than 20 years of experience in engineering consulting and operations for the oil & gas industry in Western Canada.
He has expertise in detailed design, construction management and start-up supervision of several sweet and sour gas processing facilities and pipeline systems, including sour and sweet oil and gas batteries, gas plants, compressor stations, pipeline facilities as well as coordinating the regulatory and environmental aspects of the projects.

Director, Health, Safety & Environment
Michelle has more than 13 years of experience supporting and managing the occupational health, safety and environment function within consulting engineering and construction industries.
She brings expertise in OHS compliance, management systems, and risk assessment processes and the skills to integrate key processes into both corporate and project operations. Michelle has extensive experience in supporting projects, both large and small, across Canada and the United States.
