Surveying
McIntosh Perry survey crews are able to provide construction layout and various pre-engineering services
for small and large-scale developments. We have extensive experience at completing detailed topographic
surveys and preparing base plans. Our survey staff can provide various services related to aggregate operations,
including providing volumetric survey and quantification analysis for pit/quarry licensing purposes.
Legal Surveying (MPSI)
Our Perth survey office can provide a full range of Ontario Land Surveyor (OLS) services to meet all surveying needs.
This includes preparation of all legal plans (R Plans, M Plans, Legal Surveys, etc.), Surveyor's Real Property Reports,
boundary surveys, Certification of Title and other legal survey requirements.
