Structural Engineering
McIntosh Perry has experienced staff capable of assisting in the design and analysis of structural engineering projects ranging from buildings to bridges. All projects are reviewed in accordance with relevant codes and safety standards. McIntosh Perry has extensive experience with various approval agencies throughout the Eastern Ontario Ottawa region ensuring all permits and approvals are obtained in a timely manner.

Housing
- Structural reviews of new home construction (including log homes)
- Structural reviews of building/home renovations
- Review of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) Systems in new home construction
- Slab on grade design and review including conventional slabs and heated slabs
- Foundation design and review including poured concrete, block wall construction and wood foundations (PWF), as well as underpinning and shoring details

Bridges & Culverts
- Hydraulic and hydrologic analysis on bridge structures
- Design alternatives for bridge replacement
