We at McIntosh Perry have established an exceptional team of individuals who are readily available to meet with interested parties to discuss Alternative Delivery and Oversight Service opportunities. The team members include: Gord Perry (construction, contract administration, performance assessment and dispute resolution), Bob Boutilier (engineering and design) and John Taylor (performance based contracting). The team is lead by John Taylor who has over five years of provincial level experience in research, development, implementation and monitoring performance based contracting models at the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario combined with over 30 years of progressive levels of service in regional construction, maintenance and design offices.
