McIntosh Perry continues to grow their Structural Engineering and Building Services division. Scott Shillinglaw, P.Eng and Bingfeng Li, P.Eng recently joined the team.

Scott Shillinglaw has over six years of professional experience that include team management, project management, structural design, investigation and reporting, specification writing, contract administration and building condition assessments.

Bingfeng Li has over 15 years of professional experience in China and Canada including structural design and analysis using steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and precast concrete.

Scott and Bing’s combined experience include work on small and large scale commercial, residential, industrial, institutional and government projects.
