(April 2008)
« Return to main news page

McIntosh Perry was successful in its bid for the administration of MTO contract 2007-4007. This is the second of three phases of the Highway 7 expansion project that will make Highway 7 a four-lane highway from Hwy 417 to Carleton Place. The construction of this project will commence this spring on the stretch of Highway 7 from Jinkinson Road to Ashton Station Road. The existing highway will be twinned and service roads will be built on both the north and south sides. Two full interchanges will be constructed at Dwyer Hill Road and Ashton Station Road. This phase of the expansion project is planned for completion by November 2010 with an estimated cost of $73million. For a map of the construction staging, please click here.
