McIntosh Perry is able to offer a wide range of services to rural and urban municipalities, applying the knowledge and skills
of a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including planners, environmental, civil and transportation engineers,
and surveyors. Our professional planners have upper and lower tier municipal planning experience. This experience
includes reviewing and providing recommendations on applications under the Planning Act as well as involvement in
the preparation of municipal planning documents. We are able to tailor our planning services to suit the specific
needs of a particular municipality, recognizing such needs vary greatly among municipalities. Similarly, our
engineers have frontline municipal engineering experience that they are able to apply to complex road and
infrastructure problems. Our expertise extends from initial budgeting, surveying, design and approvals,
through to tender preparation and contract administration. Our environmental engineers have prepared Class
Environmental Assessment reports in support of municipal projects, including solid waste management and
disposal sites, drinking water and sewage disposal projects."
