Following several years of progressive land use planning positions with municipal and provincial government agencies, I joined the McIntosh Perry Team in 2000. Since then, I have overseen the expansion of the firm's Land Use Planning division, which now offers planning services in all three McIntosh Perry offices. I am able to draw upon over 20 years of progressive experience in various planning positions, and apply knowledge and skills gained from these experiences to current land use planning challenges.
My particular area of specialization is in land development, having successfully steered many urban and rural development projects from due diligence investigations through to approval and construction. I understand the development approvals environment and I am able to flag issues and opportunities at development sites.
As Project Manager of development projects, I look for ways to add value to projects through smart design solutions, and opportunities to reduce cost and minimize risk. A key part of my success in managing complex development projects has been the ability to assemble a strong interdisciplinary team of McIntosh Perry professionals to tackle a myriad of land use obstacles.
