As the Manager of Land Development, I draw on my over 10 years of experience in the field of site and land development to manage a young and strong design team in creating high quality products for our clients. As a graduate from the University of New Brunswick with six years of design experience in the State of Maryland, I lead the land development team to provide our clients with innovative and creative ideas pursuing design challenges with open arms. I also bring to the team an expertise in site development engineering, stormwater management design and modeling.

In addition, my 17 years as a competitive swimmer has provided me strong leadership skills to work and create a solid team environment, set and obtain goals in an effective and timely manner, embrace challenges, and understand client needs and goals.

My goal for the Land Development group is to work with clients in order to understand their wants and needs and to provide a quality and innovative design that all team members will be proud of.
