As the Chief Operating Officer of McIntosh Perry it is crucial that I lead the team of McIntosh Perry employees in a way that creates direction and encourages teamwork. I strive to deal with the company’s day-to-day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth; expense, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management with great precision while the company is constantly evolving.

My 13 years with the Ministry of Transportation taught me valuable skills that were transferable to the private sector.  My past experience working in all aspects of the field, has given me a good understanding of how the process works, which is seen in my management style. Drawing from past experience allows me to direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support our strategic business goals.
