Aggregate Resources Planning
Aggregate operators in Ontario face complex and challenging approvals when establishing new pits or quarries. McIntosh Perry’s interdisciplinary team of professionals has helped steer many new operations through the complex maze of approvals for pits, quarries and waysides throughout Eastern Ontario. We have the knowledge and expertise to provide overall project management throughout the approval process, as well as surveying, preparing site plans and summary reports. We undertake quantity analysis for existing operations. In addition, we can prepare and process concurrent Planning Act applications, organize and lead public consultation forums, and coordinate sub-consultants and other professionals as necessary. Our Ontario Land Surveyors, through McIntosh Perry Surveying, can provide all the legal surveying components.
